What do you need from me at home?
An outlet and a chair's worth of space, usually the kitchen or a bathroom. We bring the chair, the tools, and the product, and we leave your counter the way we found it.
How long does it take?
About forty five minutes, door to door, including setup. Longer hair or a more structured style can run to an hour.
Who is actually doing my hair?
A licensed cosmetologist on the Luxe Blo roster, trained by Lindsay Kelly. Lindsay owns and runs the business and is not on every appointment.
Do you come to my neighborhood?
We serve Austin proper plus Round Rock and Cedar Park. Enter your neighborhood or zip when you book and we will confirm within one business day.
Can I book without a membership?
No. Luxe Blo is membership only. You choose a plan first, and your visits are booked from there. It is what lets us hold regular time for you and keep a stylist in your part of Austin.
How does booking work once I join?
Your plan comes with a set number of visits each month. Once your membership is active you get a booking link and pick your times from your phone.
What if I need to reschedule?
Text us and we will move it. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are being finalized and will be listed here before launch.
